The project for the apartments are built with top quality material. They all have wide windows, clay floors, and Talavera tile among other features. Beatriz Orvañanos personally supervises the construction and has some of the best construction workers on hand. The plans for each apartment, photographs and brief description are provided as well as the prices for rent or sale. Our objective is to have a residential complex in which each apartment is unique, has private as well as common areas in which the neighbors can gather together. The orientation, space, walkways and gardens are designed to keep the maintenance cost at a minimum. The fountains and ponds are not only decorative but are also used to water the gardens.
